We greatly encourage the participation of volunteers who support our mission and desire to bring their contributions of time, talents, skills, knowledge, and experience to change our world with us, one neighborhood, one person at a time. Volunteer Guidelines

Thank-you for your interest in volunteering with Grace United Urban Ministries and helping us fulfill our vision and mission. Our General Guidelines are as follows:

Volunteers must be age 18, or be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or approved older sibling.
Some situations may require a background check, if so we will notify you.
We accept some Community Service volunteers. Note that Community Service means work and not play, so no cell phones will be allowed during Community Service.
Your desire to Volunteer for a certain event or time frame will be confirmed by a member of the GUUM staff to assure we do not have too many or not enough.
